Cheated.
They shared
every secret, like the guilty and a confession box. But when the day of
confession arrived, she never turned up. Her guilt held her back.
The Twin.
He walked in feeling high on
life. 2 drinks later, he danced to the silence around. 4 drinks down, he was a
free soul. And after 5, he was the
happiest on the floor. He woke up to a morning full of regrets. And her text
that read, “It’s over.”
Contagion.
His
auto was filled with cartons of fresh bloody meat from the butcher’s. As the
signal turned green, a little girl peeped on from the car that passed by. That
night, for the first time, that little girl took the knife in her hands.
Poison.
At first, she swallowed her words. And she
swallowed them again the next couple of times. And then when she spit them out,
they said she spoke too much.
